The workshop will be hosted at the Botanical Garden of the University of Valencia. Founded in 1567, nowadays it is a research and dissemination center for plant diversity. It is close to the Torres de Quart, one of the two remaining gates of the old medieval city wall (15th century).

The presentations will take place in the Auditorium Joan Plaça (capacity: 220 people). There is an auxiliary room "Sala Seminarios" (capacity: 25 people) booked.
Welcome drink, lunches and coffee breaks will be served in the open areas of the Botanical Garden:
- Welcome drink on Monday evening (18:00-19:00) will take place in "Espacio osteomeles".
- Coffee breaks (Mon-Fri 10:30-11:30 and Mon, Tue, Thu 15:30-16:30) will take place in "Espacio osteomeles".
- Lunches (Mon-Fri 13:00-14:30) will take place at the "Umbracle".
Mediterranean cuisine, typical Spanish and Valencian food (catering from Hostelería Intos).
