This is the 10th edition of a series of workshops started in 1999. This series of annual meetings is devoted to discussing the full physics and the key accelerator & detector technologies of the conventional neutrino beams (Superbeams) and the novel neutrino beams (Neutrino Factories and Betabeams). It also discusses the physics potential of the intense muon physics.
