Descripción

The ILD detector concept, originally developed for the ILC, provides a valuable framework to explore detector and reconstruction performance at future lepton colliders. We present ongoing efforts to adapt the ILD geometry, reconstruction chain, and software tools to the FCC-ee environment, with particular emphasis on the Tera-Z running scenario and their integration within Key4hep. This work is coordinated by the ILD Software and Physics team in close collaboration with the corresponding FCC Physics, Experiments and Detectors (PED) working groups. As part of this effort, the IFIC and CIEMAT groups propose the use of tau-pair events as a benchmark topology to evaluate and validate these developments. The focus is on detector and reconstruction performance, providing a complementary activity to the tau spin-polarization studies led by the CIEMAT team.
