Kick-off meeting of the LHCPhenoNet Initial Training Network

First Bulletin
1. Presentation
The goal of the meeting is to review and to discuss the state-of-the-art and future developments in the research field of higher order perturbative corrections in the Standard Model and beyond, with emphasis on phenomenology at the LHC, and the development of customized open source software for precision physics at colliders. This is the first meeting organized with the support of the LHCPhenoNet Initial Training Network, but is also open to non-members of the network.
2. Place and date
The meeting will be held at the Centre Cultural Bancaja from Tuesday 1st February 2011 at 9:00 to Friday 4th February 2011 at 12:30. A welcome party will be held on the 31st January where participants will be able to register.

5. Structure of the meeting
There will be review talks and contributed talks. Young researchers are particularly encouraged to participate. There will be some sessions devoted to the management of the network.
6. Accommodation and fees
Some rooms in selected hotels close to the meeting place and in the city centre have been prebooked. Reservations will be made available through the registration form.
Instructions for the payment of the fees, which include the welcome party, lunches, coffee breaks and the social dinner will be given in the next bulletin.
