FeynHelpers: Connecting FeynCalc to FIRE and Package-X

In the last years we have experienced the increasing importance of perturbative calculations beyond 1-loop for the phenomenology of Standard Model and beyond. The complexity of such calculations and the wish to arrive to the final results in a reasonable amount of time make automation unavoidable. One of the user-friendly tools to approach perturbative calculations at 1-loop and beyond is FeynCalc, a Mathematica package for semi-automatic symbolic calculations in QFT. In this talk we will discuss how FeynCalc can be used at different stages of multi-loop calculations. In particular, we will present the recent extension FeynHelpers, that connects FeynCalc to Package-X and FIRE. The former provides a library of analytic results for scalar 1-loop integrals with up to 4 legs, while the latter is a general-purpose tool for reduction of multi-loop scalar integrals using Integration-by-Parts (IBP) techniques.
