The program will include the review of the status of the AGATA project and the resource management report. There will be regular working group and team meetings. Reports on the operation of AGATA with the status of the ongoing GANIL campaign, results of the physics campaigns at GSI and LNL, and plans for the scientific program for the second part of the GANIL campaign will be presented.
