Descripción
We study gravity amplitudes in the multi-Regge limit which is characterised by a strong ordering in rapidity of the emitted particles. This limit enables us to to resum powers of large logarithms at high energies, and allows us to write the amplitude in terms of an effective vertex, while being independent of the tipe of incoming particles. This vertex has a double copy like structure where one of its terms from the effective vertex of Yang-Mills(YM) in multi-Regge kinematics. We explore this relation by using the Bern, Carrasco, and Johansson (BCJ) color-kinematics duality which can be used to write graviton amplitudes as double copies of YM amplitudes. An immediate application of BCJ to YM amplitudes coupled to scalars only recovers part of the structure of the graviy vertex which is universal, but minimal extensions related to supersimmetry and dimensional reduction yield the full vertex. Furthermore, we discover the first trivial BCJ solutions at five points for and also calculate exact feynman gravity amplitudes for comparison and discover exact effective vertices.
