K -> Pi Pi Electroweak Penguins in the Chiral Limit

We reconsider the dispersive evaluation of K -> Pi Pi matrix elements of electroweak penguin operators in the chiral limit. The perturbative matching is accomplished fully at next-to-leading order within the scheme dependence used in weak OPE calculations. We perform a numerical determination of the weak matrix elements using dispersive sum rules fortified by constraints form classical chiral sum rules. A careful assessment of the attendant uncertainties is given. Implications on the CP violating observable epsilon' / epsilon are shortly discussed.
