DESCRIPTION:We reconsider the dispersive evaluation of K -> Pi Pi matrix e
 lements of electroweak penguin operators in the chiral limit. The perturba
 tive matching is accomplished fully at next-to-leading order within the sc
 heme dependence used in weak OPE calculations. We perform a numerical dete
 rmination of the weak matrix elements using dispersive sum rules fortified
  by constraints form classical chiral sum rules. A careful assessment of t
 he attendant uncertainties is given. Implications on the CP violating obse
 rvable epsilon' / epsilon are shortly discussed.\n\nhttps://indico.ific.uv
