Recent evidence for physics beyond the Standard Model comes from experimental cosmology and from neutrino experiment. In this talk I review theoretical arguments and experimental evidence for physics beyond the standard model in the neutrino and dark sectors, and discuss some possible relationships. I will discuss the physics of varying \"constants\" of nature and resulting exotic signals in neutrino oscillation experiment and searches for new forces.
