I will discuss prospects for using neutrinos to measure the properties of astronomical sources using future large scale detectors such as DUNE, JUNO, and Hyper-K. I will discuss how these measurements interface with the ongoing terrestrial detection methods. I will show how future high precision measurements can uniquely probe 3-flavor neutrino oscillations in the Sun and atmosphere, and set bounds on unitarity in oscillations and non-standard neutrino interactions.
