Description

WinNet is a state-of-the-art nuclear reaction network calculation code (Astrophys.J.Suppl. 268 (2023) 66, see link below) for nucleo-synthesis yield estimations in a variety of astrophysical processes/environments which is publicly available (see link below)

The course includes an introductory seminar to astrophysical processes and the influence of nuclear data followed by a hands-on training on the practical use of the code.

Interested people should register using the form below.

The participants should download and install the code in their own computer (Linux operating system) before the course

The course attendance is in-person and will take place at "Sala de Audiovisuales" on the 1st Floor of IFIC Experimental Building.
