Instructions for presenters

  • Please upload your slides to Indico at your earliest convenience, and no later than one day before your presentation. If you encounter any difficulties or are unable to upload your slides yourself, please contact the organizers at ValenciaPTW@ific.uv.es as soon as possible.
  • All presentations will have a duration of 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of discussion, except for invited presentations, which are 20 minutes plus 5 minutes.
  • Please ensure that you adhere to the allocated time for your talk, as the schedule is very very tight.
  • If you plan to do your presentation online, please inform the organizers as soon as possible. Ensure that your presentation in the programme is marked as ONLINE.
  • Please make sure that you are aware of the latest programme version, which is available in this link
  • There seems to have been some confusion regarding the venue of the event. Please ensure that you are aware of the correct address, which is described here.

For invited speakers only: please, go to the section "call for abstracts" and register a new contribution (just with the title + speaker is enough). Once approved, you will be able to find your contribution in "contributions list" section, and upload the materials for your talk.
