eutrinos have offered many unexpected surprises since their proposed existence almost 90 years ago. Recent results from the MiniBooNE short baseline experiment, re-analysis of short baseline reactor experiment and calibration data offer puzzling results which could suggest a new sterile neutrino or other new physics. A number of experiments using radioactive sources, reactors, and particle accelerators are underway to address these anomalies. The short baseline results as well as prospects to address them in the future will be presented. The impact on the long baseline program will be discussed.
