Blackboard introduction to the loop-tree duality (LTD) and four-dimensional unsubtraction (FDU), as new perturbative method in quantum field theory, with the following programme: - Introduction to regularization in QFT in general and DREG, integration in d dimensions, poles, loops. - LTD theorem: poles of the Feynman propagators, Cauchy theorem, IR and UV singularities in the loop momentum space. - FDU: virtual contributions, real contributions, IR cancellation, UV cancellation, self-energies, and the massive case.
