Lepton Flavor Violation within Effective Field Theory Framework

Lepton Flavor Violating (LFV) Higgs decays have been recently reported by CMS experiment. We perform a model independent analysis of LFV Higgs decays in the extended Standard Model with dimension-six operators. We also discuss radiative and 3-body flavor violating charged lepton decays within the effective field theory approach. We use the recent data from the experiments to put constraints on the relevant LFV couplings
