Neutrino-nucleus reactions cross sections in the energy range of currently interesting neutrino sources

Incoherent and coherent cross sections of neutrino scattering on various promising nuclear detectors, in the energy range of currently interesting neutrino sources, are studied in detail. The neutrino fluxes of current neutrino beams are employed to simulate the nuclear response of various neutrino-detectors. Event rates are estimated using reliable nuclear methods based on realistic two-body forces. In addition to conventional (standard model) process, non-standard neutrino-interactions are included so new limits on the couplings in the leptonic sector, entering the Lagrangian of various models predicting exotic process may be extracted.
