I will describe some attempts at possible scenarios for a Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligent civilisation which may be trying to communicate with us and/or other TES (Technologically Emergent Societies) like ours. We will consider three possibilities which I will discuss. As an aside I will also describe the so-called Fermi Question (sometimes called the Fermi Paradox) and its history.
