Models of physics beyond the Standard Model have been built assuming the existence of a new strongly-interacting sector. The main difficulty with these models is the need to tame nonperturbative effects in order to have real predictive power. The lattice formulation of field theories, which allows the computation of field correlators using numerical methods, is a possible way to address some open questions. In this talk I will provide an overview of recent progress in this area.
