Descripción
Leptogenesis is one of the most appealing mechanisms in order to explain the observed baryon asymmetry in the Universe. Based on symmetry arguments, it will be shown that in type-I seesaw flavour models the generation of a leptonic CP asymmetry is strongly suppressed. Ways to avoid this suppression will be presented through a particular model implementation. I will also discuss on renormalizable implementations of 3 Higgs doublet models with the scalar potential invariant under A4 symmetry.
