I will talk about single-top production in association with a W-boson including anomalous tbW couplings and with a Charged Higgs in a Two-Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM) or in Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). In associated-tW single-top channel, anomalous tbW couplings contribute both in single-top production and in top decay. On the other hand, top-Charged Higgs associated production depend upon tan(beta) and mass of the charged Higgs. In both these processes, we study polarization of the single top and construct various laboratory-frame observables utilizing the kinematic variables of the top-decay products, viz., azimuthal distribution and energy distribution of charged lepton. We find that these lab-frame observables are sensitive to anomalous-tbW coupling f_{2R} in associated-tW production and tan(beta) in the case of associated tH production in 2HDM/MSSM. We also study the possibility of CP violation in associated tW^- and t(bar) W^+ processes. For this we utilize the same observables, as mentioned earlier, both for the single-top and anti-top production and construct various CP-sensitive observables. We find that these observables can probe the CP-violating coupling, Delta_{2R} within 1% at the 14 TeV LHC and 10 fb^{-1} of integrated luminosity.
