Descripción
The Higgs boson is being sought with momentum by the CDF and DZERO experiments in datasets corresponding to over 5 inverse femtobarns of integrated luminosity of proton-antiproton collisions at 2 TeV delivered by the Fermilab Tevatron collider. The status of the searches in the most promising final states will be reviewed, along with the most recent combination of results by the two experiments. State-of-the-art predictions for the future reach of the Tevatron searches will be discussed along with plausible scenarios of the competition with LHC experiments.
