Solar helioseismic waves in the presence of magnetic fields

We study the helioseismic waves behavior in the presence of magnetic fields within the Sun in the framework of linear MHD equations. It is shown that there exists a certain inner solar region where these waves might lead to a significant enchancement of the matter density variations as compare to the background profile. Possible applications of this effect to MSW neutrino oscillations are outlined.
