Nonuniversal soft terms and indirect discovery of the MSSM: another turn of the screw

We analyze CP violation and Flavor Changing effects in a general Minimal Supersymmetric extenssion of the Standard Model with arbitrary non-universal soft-breaking terms. We show that large effects can be expected in the Kaon system while, surprisingly (...), the B system will not be very sensitive to new supersymmetric contributions.
