Inclusive semileptonic charmless B-decays in SuperSymmetry

An estimate of SUSY effects in b->s l^+ l^- using the mass insertion approximation (MIA) is presented. Differences with MSSM results are pointed and constraints coming from b->s+photon are taken into account. It is shown that in the framework of MIA branching ratios and asimmetries can be well enhanced with respect to Standard Model results.
