FCNC and CP violation in general SUSY extensions of the SM

We perform a model-independent analysis of Flavour Changing Neutral Currents and CP-violating processes in SUSY, deriving constraints on the flavour-changing parameters of general SUSY extensions of the SM. We then discuss, on the basis of these constraints, possible deviations from the SM expectations for CP asymmetries in B decays. In particular, we discuss the determination of the angle beta of the unitarity triangle from K and B physics in SUSY extensions of the SM.
