DESCRIPTION:We establish uncertainty-like relations that directly bound th
e\nsensitivity of physical parameters in terms of entanglement\, revealing
\nthat the maximum achievable sensitivity is fundamentally limited by\nhow
much entanglement the system possesses. Entanglement—the\nnonclassical
correlations that link quantum systems—is a key\nresource for quantum te
chnologies\, including precision measurements\,\nyet a central question ha
s been how it constrains sensitivity\, that\nis\, how sharply a quantum st
ate responds to small changes in physical\nparameters. Our framework answe
rs this question and further\ndemonstrates that while simple\, two-level e
ntanglement is sufficient\nfor optimal estimation of a single parameter\,
genuinely\nhigher-dimensional entanglement becomes necessary when estimati
ng\nseveral parameters simultaneously. These findings deepen the\nconnecti
ons between quantum metrology and entanglement theory\, with\npotential ap
plications in multiparameter sensing and the\ncharacterization of complex
 quantum systems.\n\nhttps://indico.ific.uv.es/event/8764/
