DESCRIPTION:The Raymundus Lullus program aims at supporting established re
 searchers and engineers in gaining expertise in artificial intelligence\, 
 machine learning\, and advanced computing technologies.  VITA TOTA DISCEN
 DA EST!\n\nLectures consist on 35' of fundamentals  + 45' hands-on. \n\n
 \nLECTURE 1: In this lecture\, the transformer architecture will be introd
 uced\, and the self-attention mechanism that enables its remarkable perfor
 mance will be explained. The main advantages of this approach and its grow
 ing impact on scientific research and data analysis will be discussed. \n\
 n\nThe program has two main objectives:\n\n\n	\n	To equip established rese
 archers with up-to-date knowledge in advanced computing technologies\, enh
 ancing both their research and their ability to supervise students.\n	\n	\
 n	To provide early-career researchers who have developed expertise in emer
 ging computational methods with opportunities to strengthen their teaching
