DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Juan Ramirez Alfaro (IFIC\, CSIC-UV)\nMeasurements a
 t electron-positron colliders can probe the scale evolution of quark masse
 s predicted\nby the Standard Model in several ways. LEP and SLD extracted
 mb(mZ) from three jet\nrates in Z -> b bbar\ndecay. A future Z-pole run
 can improve the precision considerably\, while a measurement\nof mb at hig
 her scale is possible from e+e- -> b bbar\nproduction at 250 GeV and abo
 ve. A\nvery precise determination of mb(mH)\, with an uncertainty of 10s o
 f MeV\, can be achieved from\nmeasurements of Higgs decay rates in the Hig
 gs factory runs at\nsqrt(s) = 250 GeV and 550 GeV.\nIn this contribution\,
  we present the state-of-the-art extraction of mb(mH) at the LHC\, which i
 s\nmeasured by the ATLAS experiment to be 2.73+0.27\n-0.25 GeV\, and provi
 de updated projections for the\nHL-LHC and future colliders. We also prese
 nt a proposal for an alternative methodology\, where\nmb(mH) and the botto
 m-quark Yukawa coupling are extracted simultaneously to provide a more\nmo
 del-independent result\, as well as projections for the sensitivity of suc
 h extraction in a future\nelectron-positron collider.\n\nhttps://indico.if
