DESCRIPTION:The inclusive penguin decays \, which can be measured with gre
 at precision at Belle II\, will shed light on the so-called B-anomalies. T
 he subleading resolved contributions represent one of the largest uncertai
 nties of these inclusive decays. Presently radiative corrections are calcu
 lated within soft-collinear effective theory  to reduce them significantl
 y. Here a factorisation theorem for the resolved contributions is crucial 
 and the new method of refactorisation plays an important role. \n\nhttps:
