  symmetry of physics\, yet many theories of quantum gravity predict tiny v
 iolations at low energies. Neutrino oscillations provide a highly sensitiv
 e interferometric probe of such effects. In this talk\, I explore the impa
 ct of Lorentz Invariance Violation (LIV) in the JUNO and T2HK experiments.
  LIV modifies the neutrino propagation Hamiltonian\, introducing energy-de
 pendent corrections that can alter mass ordering determination and CP viol
 ation sensitivity. I discuss the projected constraints from JUNO and T2HK\
 , parameter degeneracies with standard oscillation physics\, and the compl
 ementary reach of reactor and accelerator experiments in probing fundament
