DESCRIPTION:The weak bosons are considered to be composite systems. The co
 nstituents are confined like the quarks in a rho meson. The substructure s
 cale is estimated to be of the order of 0.5 TeV. A new isoscalar neutral w
 eak boson must exist. Its mass should not exceed 1 TeV. Excitations of the
  weak bosons can be produced at the LHC. A substructure for the weak boson
 s implies also a substructure for the leptons and quarks\, which will be o
