DESCRIPTION:Recent neutrino oscillation experiments have had a series of r
 emarkable discoveries. Now\, our job is  to decode what these discoveries 
 tell us about physics at the highest mass scales. We suspect that as-yet-u
 nobserved oscillations involving electron-flavored neutrinos may hold impo
 rtant keys to the question.\n\nThis talk discusses the picture of beyond-s
 tandard-model physics which is emerging\, some experiments involved in the
  hunt for the missing electron-flavor neutrino oscillations needed to comp
 lete the picture\, and a new experiment\, DAEdALUS\, which is just joining
