DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe 13th edition of the Beam Telescopes and Test Beams Wor
 kshop will be held in Valencia\, Spain.\n\nThis workshop will cover a wide
  range of topics related to test beams for detector studies in tracking de
 tectors\, calorimetry and beyond. It aims at bringing together both expert
 s and newcomers from various fields. There will be a combination of presen
 tations by experienced users\, results from recent test beam studies and t
 utorials to teach the software required to analyze the results. Please hav
