DESCRIPTION:Since they were proposed in the thirties by Pauli as a \n\\"de
sperate remedy\\" to explain the beta decay spectrum\,\nneutrinos have pla
yed a central role in Particle Physics. Nowadays Neutrino Physics is a ver
y active field\, since it provides solid clues for the existence of new ph
enomena that cannot be explained within the theoretical framework provided
by the Standard Model. We will discuss the quantum mechanical effect of o
scillations and review the overwhelming evidence provided by experiments\,
indicating that neutrinos do indeed have a mass. \nNotwithstanding the i
mpressive progress made in our knowledge of such elusive particles\, many
fundamental questions still remain unanswered. To answer them\, our commun
ity is embarked in a huge and innovative experimental effort that certain
ly guarantees a wealthy and bright future to Neutrino Physics.\n\nhttps://
