DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe goal of the workshop is gathering together well-renown
 ed experts and younger colleagues working in the development of active sto
 ppers for decay experiments to discuss the present status and possible fut
 ure perspectives at fragmentation facilities.\n\nThe Workshop will consist
  of invited talks (25+5 min) and oral contributions (12+3 min).\n\nTOPICS\
 n\nActive Stoppers and ancillary detectors in fragmentation facilities\n\n
 Electronics and DACQ\n\nSustainable operation (waveform processing\, noise
  filtering\, AI-based optimizations)\n\nDecay experiments with Active Stop
 pers\n\nNew technologies and materials\n\nROUND TABLE\n\nA round table pro
 moting the exchange of ideas and collaboration among researchers will be o
 rganized. The discussion will approach current challenges and future persp
 ectives in experiments using active stoppers and related detectors\, new p
 hysics cases\, applications\, and funding opportunities.\n\nFEE\n\nThe wor
 kshop fee is 30€ per person for coffee breaks. It can be paid at the reg
 istration desk on the 24th March.\n\nWe will also have a social dinner the
  evening of the 25th March. Participants willing to join the dinner will b
 e requested to pay at the registration desk the 24th March. Approximate co
