DESCRIPTION:The Microscope is a device for observing microscopic objects\,
which is unavailable to the eyes directly. It is used in various fields\,
such as scientific research\, medical diagnostics\, industrial quality co
 ntrol\, semiconductor inspection\, forensic analysis\, etc.\n\nFirst off\,
the objective lens is one of the most crucial pieces of equipment in a mi
croscope\, and it's also among the most expensive. Here\, we plan to repla
ce the objective lens with an optical device called the M12 Lens in the mi
croscope optical system. The M12 Lens\, typically used in compact imaging
systems\, offers cost-effective and flexible advantages when integrated in
to microscope optical systems.\n\nIn this seminar\, we aim to introduce an
applied microscope optical system with M12 Lens. In addition\, We focus o
n two applied microscopes for specific circumstance cases we want: One is
designed for extended depth by consisting of a liquid lens\, and the other
is designed for getting 3D sample information by using a technique called
Fourier light field microscopy. we show how M12 Lens applied in the syste
ms.\n\nWe have theoretically examined the performance of a simply designed
optical system and confirmed that the actual experimental results are sim
ilar to the theoretical performance. Therefore\, we expect this applied mi
croscope to be useful in practical applications that require accurate obse
 rvation\, measurement\, and analysis of samples.\n\nhttps://indico.ific.uv
