DESCRIPTION:The @FlipPhysics workshop seeks to bring together the communit
 y of physicist working in the areas of Nuclear\, Particle Physics and its 
 Applications\, especially women\, and also (under)-graduate\, PhD student
 s\, and young researchers\, who have the opportunity to be introduced to s
 everal scientific topics through (mostly) women who have been successful i
 n the field. \n\nSome of the topics that will be covered are:\n\n- Nucle
 ar and Particle Physics\, and some of their applications (medical physics\
 , quantum computing)\n\n- Machine Learning applied to Physics\n\n- Dark Ma
 tter\n\n- Gravitational waves\n\n- Astroparticle Physics\n\n- Cosmology\n\
 nAnd there will be also these activities: \n\n- Special session for under
 graduate students\n\n- Virtual tours on experimental facilities\n\n- Sessi
 ons on Gender Equality with experts\n\n- Sessions on research plan writing
