In this talk\, I will review one of these constraints\, dubbed T he Weak Gravity Conjecture\, with special focus on its phenomenological co nsequences for Particle Physics. In particular\, we show that a refinemen t of this conjecture\, when applied to compactifications of the \nStandard Model\, implies an upper bound for the neutrino masses in terms of the c osmological constant in our universe. Among those\, we have isolated a flux of high-energy neut rinos of cosmic origin\, with an energy density similar to that of high-en ergy photons and cosmic rays in the extreme universe. We recently identifi ed their first source: on September 22\, 2017\, several astronomical teles copes pinpointed a flaring galaxy\, powered by an active supermassive blac k hole\, as the source of a cosmic neutrino with an energy of 290 TeV. The 21cm signal produced during these epochs is remarkably sensitive to the state of the IGM\, and thus can provide a strong probe of any exotic model that modifie s either the temperature evolution of the medium or the formation of struc ture. In\nthis talk I will focus on the potential signatures arising from a\npopulation of ~ solar mass primordial black holes (PBHs) that account f or a subdominant fraction of the dark matter. I will illustrate three dist inct effects produced by these PBHs and comment on the expected sensitivit y to the 21cm power spectrum from experiments like HERA\n(Hydrogen Epoch o f Reionization Array) and SKA-Low\, showing that 21cm observations may imp rove existing constraints by multiple orders of magnitude.
