 lculation of hadronic matrix elements relevant for quark flavour physics u
 sing lattice QCD techniques\, including decay constants\, semileptonic for
 m factors and neutral mixing parameters. In particular\, I will focus on t
 hose observables involved in the analysis of CKM unitarity and those where
