DESCRIPTION:\n    It is becoming increasingly plausible that the Higgs mec
 hanism in the context of the Standard Model provides the origin of gauge b
 oson and charged fermion masses\, as tested through the decays of the Gold
 stone-Higgs-Weinberg boson. I argue that the Left-Right symmetric theory d
 oes an analogous job for neutrino. This talk provides a theoretical basis
