Two day workshop. Part of the workshop is devoted to scientific progresses in the field of strig theory. Another part of the workshop will deal with the gender imbalance in the field, and in general in Physics&Engeneering. For this part we will have experts in fields as sociology, psicology, gender studies and policies that will help us to find a way to change the present situation.
