DESCRIPTION:\n    The  Delta I=1/2 enhancement rule in non-leptonic kaon 
 decay is one of the classic problems in particle phenomenology\, and an ex
 cellent arena to understand the interplay between electroweak and strong i
 nteractions. I will briefly review the technical difficulties that have to
  be faced by theoretical studies\, and the status of our understanding of 
 the problem. I will then focus on our attempts to understand the anatomy o
 f the strong dynamics involved\, and in particular the role played by the
