DESCRIPTION:Recently  the study of Transverse Momentum Distributions has r
 eceived  a new attention for the formulation of the factorization theorem 
 done by Echevarría-Idilbi-Scimemi and Collins. I will review the main arg
 uments of this new formulation of the factorization theorem and show a fir
 st application to the study of transverse momentum distribution in Drell-Y
 an and Z-boson production at Tevatron and LHC. This study shows how the no
 n-perturbative QCD effects can be included in a systematic way in LHC pred
