DESCRIPTION:\nWe perform an amplitude analysis on photon-photon scattering
into\n pion and kaon pairs below 1.5 GeV. To get a model independent ampl
itude as possible\,\nwe impose the basic constraints required by analytici
ty\, unitarity\, and\ncrossing-symmetry. To fix the relative hadronic ampl
itudes\, we include the\nlatest hadronic pipi\, KK scattering amplitudes g
iven by dispersive\nanalysis\, supplemented in the KK threshold region by
the recent Dalitz\nplot analysis from BaBar. With these hadronic amplitude
s and applying\nFinal State Interaction theorem\, we give an overall fit o
f gamma\ngamma-->pi pi datasets\, including the high statistics neutral p
ion data of\nBelle. A region of solutions are found and what should be emp
hasized\, the\nrelatively poor integrated cross-section data on gamma gam
ma -->K K\nnarrows the patch of solutions to essentially a single form. Fi
nally we\npresent the photon couplings of scalars and tensors appear in th
ese\nprocesses\, which are quite helpful to distinguish their structure.\n
