DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Stefan Berge (RWTH Aachen)\nWe investigate the measu
 rement of the CP mixing angle\nof the 126 GeV neutral spin-0 Higgs boson i
 n its tau decay \nchannels. The tau decay channel of the Higgs boson\nhas 
 the particular advantage that possible CP-violating \ncontributions alter 
 the Higgs-tau-tau coupling already at \nthe leading order. Within our prop
 osed method the \ndi-lepton\, lepton-hadron as well as the hadron-hadron \
 nchannel of the tau decay can be included in the measurement.\nWe discuss 
 the prospect of the precision on the CP mixing \nangle measured at the LHC
  and compare with \nthe expected sensitivity at the LC. We furthermore \nd
 erive the distributions of the major background - the contribution \ndue t
