DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Peter Bussey (Glasgow University)\nThe photoproducti
on of isolated photons\, both inclusive and together \nwith a jet\, has be
en measured with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an \nintegrated luminosit
 y of 374 pb-1. A variety of kinematic variables \nthat are sensitive to d
ifferent aspects of the event dynamics are studied. \nCross sections are
given in terms of the collinearity of the photon and \nthe jet\, the fract
ion of the proton energy involved in the interaction\, \nand the pseudorap
idity difference between the photon and the jet. These \nand other variab
les are also studied for different ranges of \nx_gamma^{meas}\, the fract
ion of the photon energy involved in the \ninteraction\, in order to enhan
ce the direct and resolved photon components \nof the process. Differenti
al cross sections are also presented for \ninclusive isolated-photon produ
ction as functions of the transverse energy \nand pseudorapidity of the ph
oton. Higher-order theoretical calculations \nare compared to the results.
Measurements of normalised cross sections \nfor the production of photon
s and neutrons at very small angles with \nrespect to the proton beam dire
ction in deep inelastic scattering are \npresented as a function of the Fe
ynman variable xF and of the \ncentre-of-mass energy of the virtual photon
-proton system\, W. The data are \ntaken with the H1 detector and corresp
ond to an integrated luminosity of \n131 pb-1. The measurement is restric
ted to photons and neutrons in the \npseudorapidity range eta > 7.9. To t
est the Feynman scaling hypothesis \nthe W dependence of the xF dependent
cross sections is investigated. \nPredictions of deep inelastic scatterin
g models and of models for hadronic \ninteractions of high energy cosmic r
ays are compared to the measured cross \nsections.\n\nhttps://indico.ific.
