DESCRIPTION:\n    Due to the strong coupling of QCD at low scales\, some f
 undamental QCD parameters cannot be measured directly in experiments.  Co
 nversely\, perturbative methods cannot be used to predict hadronic propert
 ies.  Thus\, non-perturbative methods must be used to provide a link betw
 een QCD and experiment.  I will outline the QCD sum rule method and prese
 nt a recent calculation of the B meson decay constants\, focussing on f_{B
 _c}.  The calculation employs finite energy sum rules with Legendre polyn
 omial integration kernels along with a three-loop pseudoscalar two-point c
 orrelator\, lighter quark mass corrections and non-perturbative correction
