DESCRIPTION:In high energy hadronic collisions a scalar (or pseudoscalar) 
 Higgs\nboson can be efficiently produced via gluon fusion which is mediate
 d\nby heavy quark loops. Double (triple) real emission corrections lead\nt
 o a Higgs plus two (three)-jets final state\, at order alpha_s^4\n(alpha_s
 ^5). The 2-jets case is a promising channel to measure the\nCP-properties 
 of the Higgs boson with the help of the azimuthal angle\ncorrelation of th
 e two tagging jets\, since it is sensitive to the\nHiggs-Fermion coupling.
  A further aspect of interest is the\nmodification of this correlation by 
 emission of additional jets\,\nthat is\, at least by a third jet. We prese
 nt results for several\ndifferential distributions and show deviations fro
 m the broadly used\neffective theory which approximates Fermion loops by p
