DESCRIPTION:The nature of the dark matter is one of the greatest mysteries
  of modern cosmology and particle physics. Besides the standard scenario o
 f stable WIMPs several models of decaying dark matter have been discussed 
 in the literature. In this talk I will discuss a theory with broken R-pari
 ty where the gravitino forms a candidate for unstable dark matter. After a
  review of the cosmological motivation for the scenario I will discuss its
  phenomenology\, in particular elaborating on indirect searches using obse
 rvations of cosmic rays. I will also mention some implications for the LHC
